As part of Littler Mendelson's Knowledge Management Department, Gina M. Cook creates and manages legal and electronic resources for the firm's practicing attorneys. She focuses on resources involving:
- Title VII
- The Americans with Disabilities Act
- The Age Discrimination in Employment Act
- The Family and Medical Leave Act
- The Firm’s retail clients
She also has particular expertise with:
- Business restructuring
- Diversity initiatives
- Employment law training
- Discrimination
- Disability accommodation
- Leave issues
Prior to joining Littler Mendelson in October 2006, Gina practiced employment law with firms in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Atlanta, Georgia. While attending law school, she served as a research assistant to Associate Dean Paul M. Kurtz as he completed his work on the 2004 edition of the Family Law Quarterly and also was a notes editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law.
