George W. Loveland II represents management clients in all areas of labor and employment law, including union contract negotiations, contract administration, grievance arbitrations, NLRB practice, and employment litigation in state and federal courts.

Prior to his private practice, George was vice president and compliance officer of Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc. and was in-house corporate counsel of Holiday Inns, Inc. for nearly two decades, handling all types of labor and employment law matters throughout the United States and the Caribbean. He successfully guided the company through a multitude of corporate reorganizations and restructurings. 

George began his law career in the National Labor Relations Board where he investigated and litigated all types of representation, unfair labor practice and injunction cases under the National Labor Relations Act for nine years.
