Erin W. Smith represents private and public sector employers in all types of employment litigation matters.

She has successfully litigated matters on behalf of clients in state and federal courts. She also advises clients regarding company policies and revises employee handbooks to ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and regulations.

Prior to joining Littler Mendelson, Erin practiced at another law firm where she represented corporate clients in a wide range of litigation matters, such as:

• Intellectual property law
• Environmental law
• Insurance
• General tort defenses

In law school, she was associate editor of the Syracuse Law Review.
