Littler

Erika A. Hickman focuses her practice on federal labor and employment litigation, including matters arising under:

  • Title VII
  • The Americans with Disabilities Act
  • The Age Discrimination in Employment Act
  • The Family and Medical Leave Act
  • The Fair Labor Standards Act
  • The National Labor Relations Act
  • The Employee Retirement Income Security Act

Erika also represents clients in civil and commercial litigation matters. In addition, Erika provides advice and counsel on labor and employment issues such as state and federal compliance, workplace discrimination and personnel practices for corporate clients.

In law school, Erika was a member of the University of Miami Business Law Review.
