Eric K. Smith has litigated in both federal and state courts on behalf of management in connection with all types of employment and labor disputes, including wrongful discharge and unfair competition claims. He also has significant experience with claims based upon:

  • The Americans with Disabilities Act
  • The Family and Medical Leave Act
  • The Employee Retirement Income Security Act
  • The Age Discrimination in Employment Act
  • The Georgia Restrictive Covenants Act
  • Various state statutes

He also advises employers on the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act and compliance with the ADA and FMLA.
