Emily R. Liss practices business immigration exclusively. She represents domestic and multinational employers before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Labor.
She works with both executive decision makers and HR managers to meet the full range of business immigration needs from early-stage strategizing through effective execution and administration of corporate immigration registration, permanent transfers, and temporary assignments in the U.S and abroad.
Emily brings the technical expertise to meet the industry-specific requirements of a variety of businesses, including multinational conglomerates, broad-based engineering firms, expanding high-tech companies, established national service corporations, and healthcare providers.
