A skilled litigator, Elias has recently handled a 10-plaintiff race and gender discrimination action brought against a major New York municipal agency, a wage and hour collective and class action brought against a major parking garage company, and an unfair competition arbitration brought by a significant client against a former employee.

In law school, he was a senior editor on the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and a member of the moot court board.
