Eduardo F. Cuaderes Jr. served as a senior trial attorney at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Dallas District Office from 1992 to 1995. Now representing employers, he offers a unique scope of knowledge about and experience with the range of employment disputes, charges, and investigations that are brought before the EEOC. He also has significant expertise with:
- Title VII
- The Americans with Disabilities Act
- The Age Discrimination in Employment Act
- The Texas Labor Code
- Non-subscriber litigation in Texas
Eduardo also handles arbitration, mediation and litigation on behalf of retail grocery stores, technology services and rent-to-own companies in all federal and state courts in Texas and before EEOC offices nationwide. He is a member of Littler Mendelson's Employment Discrimination and Workers' Compensation practice groups.
Previously, he served as an officer in the field artillery of the United States Army.
