Dustin L. Clark's practice includes counseling management and litigating matters relative to trade secrets, employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, and wage-and-hour laws. He represents employers before state and federal courts as well as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and other government agencies. Dustin also advises employers regarding workplace policies, as well as the creation of employment agreements and handbooks.
