David K. Broderick represents management in private and public sectors in traditional employment and labor law matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. He has represented clients in arbitration proceedings; negotiations; and grievance, disciplinary and administrative hearings. He has counseled clients regarding compliance with collective bargaining agreements, and obligations under state and federal labor and employment laws.
From 2007 to 2008, David served as a law clerk to Honorable Maurice J. Gallipoli of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson County Vicinage. He also served as a legislative aide for the New Jersey Senate Democratic office from 2002 to 2006.
