Overview

Daniela Arevalo represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law, handling litigation before Venezuelan courts and proceedings before Venezuelan administrative authorities. Her experience includes involvement in labor agreements on behalf of employers and assisting with the calculation of Venezuelan labor benefits.

In addition, Daniela has advised clients on negotiating benefits for termination of employment and has engaged in labor audits. 

She is currently studying for a Master's Degree in Procedural Law at the Universidad Central de Venezuela.
