Daniel L. Gonzalez represents and counsels management clients in connection with all types of labor and employment matters arising under federal and state law, particularly regarding 132a issues and California wage and hour laws and regulations. He regularly appears in state and federal courts and serves as first chair before the California Office of Administrative Hearings.

Daniel also counsels school districts in special education matters, including the Individuals with Disabilities and Education Act, and makes presentations to clients on a wide range of employment law topics, from updates on employment law to special education matters.

Daniel is a member of Littler Mendelson's Spanish Services Group.
