Overview

Cliff Martin has experience in all types of employment litigation including single-plaintiff cases and class actions, wage and hour claims, and harassment and discrimination claims.

Cliff has also provided clients with extensive day-to-day counseling on issues involving wage and hour regulations, Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN) compliance, employer trade secret and confidentiality protection, and employee privacy.

Cliff has prevailed on dispositive motions in numerous cases, including complete dismissal of all wage claims in a state-wide class action before the discovery stage. He has also achieved advantageous settlements in numerous single-plaintiff actions as well as multi-location, statewide wage and hour class actions.
