Littler

Christopher J. Harris represents and counsels management clients in all areas of labor and employment law arising under state and federal laws. His practice includes matters arising under:

  • Title VII
  • The Americans with Disabilities Act
  • The Age Discrimination in Employment Act
  • The Fair Labor Standards Act
  • The Family and Medical Leave Act
  • The National Labor Relations Act

He joined Littler Mendelson in August of 2006.

In law school, Christopher was student materials editor of the Tennessee Law Review and a member of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law.
