Christine S. Tenley handles all aspects of employment discrimination and harassment litigation, and also represents employers in:

  • Wage and hour collective actions
  • National Labor Relations Act arbitration

She regularly appears in state and federal courts and before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Georgia Department of Labor.  In addition to litigation, Christine assists employers with compliance with state and federal employment laws, including:

  • The Age Discrimination in Employment Act
  • The Americans with Disabilities Act
  • The Fair Labor Standards Act
  • The Family and Medical Leave Act
  • The Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act

She regularly counsels employers on initiating and responding to litigation involving misappropriation of trade secrets and theft of employer information and assists with drafting and reviewing restrictive covenants, such as non-competition and non-solicitation agreements and other employment agreements.
