César Santana is a labor law litigator and advises clients on a broad range of labor law matters, including international employees, settlement agreements, restructuring and personnel reductions, authorizations to dismiss, individual negotiations and collective bargaining, and the labor effects of mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Littler, César was an equity partner in another law firm in Caracas. Previously, he was also a senior associate in the Caracas office of another U.S.-based law firm and a human resources analyst at CANTV, a public telecommunications company.
