Catherine M. Pearson has experience with trade secret and restrictive covenant litigation in state and federal court, including trials on merit. She advises corporations on a variety of employment matters, including:

- Disciplinary issues
- Employee handbooks
- Non-compete agreements
- Separation agreements
- Harassment investigations
- Employee rights issues
Catherine has represented management on various litigation matters at the administrative level and in state and federal court.
During law school, Catherine was the executive editor for the Notre Dame Law Review.
