Bruce C. Young primarily represents employers in litigation, trial, mediation and arbitration, handling claims involving:

He also conducts labor arbitrations with Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service arbitrators.

Additionally, Bruce frequently presents seminars to human resources groups on employment-related subjects and conducts training for clients on topics such as:

After law school, Bruce was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Lloyd D. George, Chief Judge of the United States District Court, District of Nevada. While in law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and was associate editor of the Pepperdine Law Review.
