Brooke D. Pfleeger represents and counsels clients in connection with all types of labor and employment matters arising under federal and state laws, including claims based on:
- Title VII
- The Family and Medical Leave Act
- The Americans with Disabilities Act
- The Age Discrimination in Employment Act
Prior to joining Littler Mendelson, she served as a judicial extern and law clerk to the Honorable James A. Teilborg, United States District Court, District of Arizona. During her externship and clerkship, she was involved in a variety of legal matters related to every stage of litigation.
In law school, Brooke was articles editor of the Arizona State Law Journal.
