Brandi N. Knox has extensive experience in all areas of U.S. immigration law, including employment-based, family-based, and naturalization. She has worked for corporate law firms housing full-service immigration practice groups and recently authored two chapters of an American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) publication scheduled for release in early 2012.
Brandi represents domestic and multinational employers before the U.S. Homeland Security, U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Labor in connection with U.S. immigration-related employment issues. She counsels employers on immigration policy and strategy.
Prior to working with Littler Mendelson, Brandi worked at the Department of Labor, Office of Foreign Labor Certification adjudicating Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) applications selected for audit review. Through her volunteer work with the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network, GAIN, she has served as lead counsel on pro bono cases involving asylum and sex trafficking. Brandi is also an adjunct professor teaching English Literature and Business Law.
