In his nationwide practice, Arthur M. Eidelhoch represents and counsels employers in all aspects of employment law and has defended hundreds of employment claims including:

He has extensive experience at every stage of the litigation process, including discovery, summary judgment and other dispositive motions, trials, appeals, arbitrations and mediations. He represents clients of all sizes in federal and state courts and administrative agencies. Arthur also has experience representing employers in traditional labor law and the employer-union relationship. He has particular expertise defending wage and hour, discrimination, and class action claims involving:

  • The California Fair Employment and Housing Act

In addition, Arthur devotes a considerable portion of his practice to advising employers on practical and strategic approaches to legal compliance and measures to prevent or minimize the risk of employment-related litigation. He uses creative, state-of-the-art approaches and believes strongly in proactive human resources policies and strategies. A highly effective communicator, Arthur also has lectured and provided training on employment issues to hundreds of employees from non-supervisory, hourly workers to officers of major corporations.

Approaching two decades of practice focused entirely on employment law, Arthur takes pride in his ability to approach each issue and matter individually with a strategic plan to meet his clients’ objectives, surpass their expectations, and build long term relationships. He authors “Individual Liability for California Employees,” a chapter in Littler’s annually published Employer Treatise.

He is a member of Littler's Class Action, Wage and Hour, Appellate, Jury Trial and Complex Litigation, and Privacy and Data Protection Practice Groups.
