Ariel D. Weindling specializes in international employment law, advising global employers on both United States employment law matters and the cross-border human resources issues they face in Asia, Europe and South and Central America. He represents clients in all facets of labor and employment law, including wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination. He also assists major corporations with labor expansion worldwide.
