Anne-Marie Waggoner is a litigator and appellate practitioner with a practice that emphasizes employment discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour matters alleging violations of state and federal laws. She appears in California state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels and handles claims involving:

• Title VII
• The Fair Employment and Housing Act
• The Fair Labor Standards Act
• The California Labor Code
• Sexual harassment
• Failure to promote
• Wrongful termination

Anne-Marie also counsels managers and human resources professionals on employee disciplinary matters, workplace investigations, and wage and hour compliance.  She has successfully maintained and defended lawsuits by and on behalf of employers regarding trade secrets misappropriation and unfair competition. Additionally, Anne-Marie is a member of Littler Mendelson's Associates Committee.
