Littler

Anne E. Baggott represents management in all types of employment law matters. She provides strategic consulting and training to assist employers in preventing workplace problems and trial advocacy when employers must defend their rights. She has successfully defended clients as trial counsel and has obtained judgments by dispositive motions in state and federal courts. She has experience with litigation involving:

Anne handles both single-and multi-plaintiff litigation, and she also defends hybrid Rule 23 class and FLSA collective actions. She has extensive experience defending clients in Missouri state court class actions. Before joining Littler, Anne was an associate at a Kansas City litigation boutique where she defended businesses in a wide variety of cases and claims.

In law school, Anne was the president of the Moot Court Honor Board and an editor of the Suffolk Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy. She also created the problem and materials for the 2005 Tom C. Clark Appellate Advocacy Competition. Anne participated in the Summer Law Program at the University of Lund in Sweden.
