A dual qualified attorney licensed to practice in both the United States and the United Kingdom, Anita S. Vadgama advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters arising under U.S. federal and state laws. Specifically, she handles claims of:

She also advises human resources staff and legal counsel on how to revise existing staff handbooks to make them U.K. compliant and drafts contracts of employment for expatriate employees.
In the U.K., Anita has been involved with a range of reported cases, including a constructive dismissal because of trade union activities, a case involving the right to be accompanied at a grievance hearing, and a breach of contract arising from non-payment of Permanent Health Insurance benefits.
