Aaron B. Shumway advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment related matters arising under state and federal law.

Prior to joining Littler, Aaron worked for a prominent commercial litigation firm representing a variety of lenders with regard to title and escrow liability.  Aaron’s previous experience also includes insurance defense and coverage matters as well as clerking for the Hon. Cynthia Dianne Steel of the Eighth Judicial District Court.
