Overview

Santiago Martinez practice focuses on representing clients in labor audits, labor and employment consulting, litigation, collective bargaining and mergers and acquisitions. He is the chair of Godoy Córdoba's labor audit practice and is a member of the firm's attorney training and development team. His clients include national and multinational companies in the oil and gas industry, among others.

Santiago is a professor of labor relations in the undergraduate and extensive education programs at the Universidad de los Andes and Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. His articles have been published by various professional and human resources organizations including Asociación de Gestión Humana (ACRIP) and LEGIS. He presents seminars on a variety of labor and employment law topics, such as:

Prior to joining Godoy Córdoba, Santiago was an attorney at another law firm in Colombia.
