Federico Bernal

Federico Bernal is a team leader in Godoy Córdoba's labor and employment consulting department and director of the firm's corporate reorganizations and Ministry Department. He performs research and represents clients in administrative hearings before the Ministry of Labor. He also has experience in collective bargaining and mergers and acquisitions projects.

Federico conducts client trainings and has presented seminars on the prevention of workplace harassment, employer responsibility in work-related accidents, work and rest periods, and preparing clients for workplace inspections. His articles have been published in Legis' Actualidad Laboral (Labor News) magazine.

Prior to joining Godoy Córdoba, Federico practiced labor law in at other top law firms in Colombia. Upon starting his career, he was an assistant professor of labor law in the legal aid clinic at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
