In this ever-changing legal landscape, employers find themselves encountering increasingly novel and complex personnel situations. These issues range from marijuana and guns in the workplace, to identity fraud and undocumented labor, to employees using social media to assail supervisors and co-workers.

What should employers do in these situations? We will explore best practices for dealing with otherwise problematic employees, including:
