What's Next? Looking Into the Crystal Ball

In this last program of our Fall series for 2011, we'll examine issues on the employment law horizon. Some are new, some are growing in importance, including:

• Wellness program issues (mandatory health risk assessments and rewards/penalties),
• Recent developments surrounding criminal history checks for applicants,
• The scope of third party retaliation protection after the Supreme Court's Thompson decision,
• Civil unions, and
• Obesity/appearance discrimination and accommodation issues.

The program and lunch are complimentary.
