What Every Construction Industry Employer Should Know About Labor & Employment Laws

The briefing will be hosted by Littler shareholders, Russell McEwan and Alan Model. Russ and Alan are seasoned construction industry labor lawyers, and have extensive experience in representing developers, general contractors, construction management firms and union and non-union sub-contractors in all facets of employee and labor relations.
