Wage and Hour Update, and Nashville Office Open House

Littler attorneys will discuss The Top 10 Wage and Hour Tips and learn what employers need to know about wage and hour compliance in 2013. We will address significant wage and hour risks faced by employers today, including minimum wage and overtime basics, meal and rest periods, off-the-clock work, pay deductions, recordkeeping, employee misclassification and how to reduce the risk of expensive wage and hour litigation.
