"Updates in Title VII Employment Discrimination Claims" Workshop at 2005 Lavendar Law®

Lee Schreter, Littler Shareholder, and co-panelists will discuss recent Title VII developments in the area of gender discrimination where there are implications for claims by gay men, lesbians, bisexuals, and transgender individuals. The workshop will consider recent and at times conflicting federal appellate decisions applying the Supreme Court's decision in Price Waterhouse v. Hopkins, including the Ninth Circuit's decision in Jespersen v. Harrah's and the Sixth Circuit's decision in Barnes v. Cincinnati.
