Unionized or Not, Changes at the National Labor Relations Board Affect ALL Employers

Whether you are a unionized or a non-unionized employer, the National Labor Relations Board has taken recent actions that will affect your company. Most importantly, the NLRB has adopted regulations that many believe will aid unions in organizing new workers. The NLRB has also issued decisions that, among other things, significantly limit what employers can say in social media policies, limit an employer's ability to prohibit off-duty employees from remaining on company property, make it easier for unions to organize, and much more. Unionized or not, every employer needs to be prepared for these changes.
