The United States Department of Labor recently announced a multi-year enforcement initiative aimed at investigating non-compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act in the Connecticut and Rhode Island construction industry. While this initiative could take place anywhere, the DOL is currently focused on Connecticut and Rhode Island.
