The 22nd Annual Conference examines ERISA Litigation as employer stock cases, 401(k) fee suits and ERISA preemption challenges continue to proliferate in the courts.

This year's distinguished faculty will examine two key Supreme Court decisions: (1) LaRue v Dewoff Boberg & Associates, Inc., in which the Supreme Court spoke definitively on participant standing in defined contribution plan cases, and (2) Metropolitan Life Ins. Co. v. Glenn, which left many questions unanswered about the standard of review in benefits claim litigation. This is the place to put all the recent rulings in perspective and assess how they will affect your actions and operations in the year ahead.

Join Susan Hoffman for this informative conference in Orlando.
