In the breakfast briefing the speakers will discuss the “hot” topics in safety and health enforcement. 

Rick Roskelley and Roger Grandgenett, shareholders in Littler's Las Vegas office, Ben Huggett, shareholder in Littler's Philadelphia office, and Jess Lankford, Program Coordinator with Nevada OSHA will discuss a variety of new enforcement measures by Nevada and Fed OSHA and will answer your questions on how to prepare for the coming changes.

  • How to prepare for OSHA’s national emphasis programs including record keeping, combustible dust, and trenching
  • OSHA’s nationwide campaigns regarding nursing homes, fall protection, heat, and eleven others
  • How the UN’s Global Harmonization Standard will impact your workforce and which new OSHA Rule is projected to impact over five million workplaces, and 43 million workers
