Speakers will discuss the OFCCP’s Veteran and Disability regulations and helpful suggestions for implementing some of the more challenging provisions. We will also touch upon some of the recent Executive Orders affecting government contractors and subcontractors, including the recent Executive Order that would prohibit federal agencies from doing business with companies that have been found to have violated a litany of federal labor and employment laws. Finally, we want to discuss the OFCCP’s August 8 proposed regulation on the new data compensation collection tool.
