These are challenging times for retail employers as the NLRB continues to target non-union workplaces.

Long established policies and practices previously accepted as valid and lawful are under attack. These include at-will disclaimers, access to company property, employer e-mail systems, social media rules, bans on video and audio recording, and many other common HR policies and practices. The NLRB also continues to interpret more and more workplace behavior and misbehavior as protected activity under Section 7 of the NLRA.

This seminar will examine the expanded application of the NLRA by the NLRB, and discuss how you can protect yourself against this expansion.
