California's AB 1825 law requires that covered employers train supervisors on sexual harassment issues every two years. Federal law provides employers with a defense to liability if they take proactive steps to prevent harassment – including training managers. The message from the legislature and courts is clear – train managers on how to prevent workplace harassment. Our training includes:

  • Compliant with state and federal laws

Supervisors will learn about their obligation to prevent and correct sexual harassment and other types of unlawful harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. The course runs approximately two hours, covering two hours of material, with an additional half hour to address harassment based on the other categories protected by federal and state law.

12:00 pm - 2:30 pm ET

Login information will be emailed to registered participants.

Participants who successfully complete the Preventing Workplace Harassment webinar will receive a Certificate of Completion. The Certificate is typically sent by email to participants about 2 weeks after the webinar. If it has been more than 2 weeks and participant has not received the Certificate, please email contact@littler.com.
