On the heels of the first highly anticipated and successful roundtable, join us for the second installment focusing on managing difficult leave and accommodation issues under the FMLA, ADA and state and local laws. As the series is designed, this will be a true roundtable discussion: lectern-free with the unique opportunity to share insights and vet challenges with your in-house colleagues. During this roundtable, participants will discuss the myriad of state and local laws that affect all aspects of the employment relationship, attempts to stay abreast of and compliant with these laws, and strategies that have proven successful. This discussion is open exclusively to attorneys in corporate legal departments.
