Immigration Webinar Series: Immigration 101

Littler will be hosting a series of complimentary immigration-related webinars over the next several months. These webinars will address the full range of challenges and requests for assistance the immigration practice at Littler is receiving from its clients at present. Various topics will be covered ranging from sponsoring foreign nationals for visas and permanent residence, to global migration and mobility plans, as well as ICE audits and compliance actions.

The first webinar of the series will provide an overview of business immigration for the Human Resources professional or in-house paralegal who is responsible for coordinating the immigration function at a company. If you feel that visas and green cards leave you tied up in knots, this webinar will help unravel the confusion and uncertainty many in-house professionals associate with these processes. This webinar will review the range of business visas typically used (H-1B, L-1, TN, etc.) as well as the frequently used permanent residence categories (PERM, EB-2, EB-3, retrogression, etc.).
