How to Conduct an Effective Workplace Investigation

Thursday, January 20 - Friday, January 21, 2011

  • 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM PST
San Diego, CA

Training on effective, proper, lawful workplace investigations is essential for all human resources professionals, attorneys, or managers who may be part of conducting a workplace investigation.

Participants meet in small groups and interact closely under the guidance of trainers and attorneys in planning, conducting, and ultimately concluding a realistic investigation.

It is a "cradle to grave" experience. Beginning with the filing of a claim for unlawful harassment, participants are totally immersed in a hands-on, real-world investigation, gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, preparing documentation, preparing witness statements, writing an investigative report, and observing and participating in a mock trial of their investigation by trial lawyers specializing in labor and employment law.

This invaluable training allows participants to fully experience how the pieces of an investigation fit together from beginning to end.

A uniquely powerful, engaging, enduring experience available only through Littler Training.
