Reliable, trustworthy, suitable employees are important at every level of an organization - nowhere is this more true than in the executive suite.

Dr. Ronald Schouten will explore characteristics of individuals who may disappoint or even put an organization at risk, while appearing to possess excellent technical and interpersonal skills. Drawing on his experience in the evaluation of personality and behavioral disorders, he will describe approaches to identifying these problematic individuals before and after hire, as well as the challenges in their assessment and management.

Donald Klaskin will address the necessary tools you should always use before hiring a key member of your company, and how to make more informed staffing decisions. He will explore various methods and best ways to conduct a proper background examination, as well as the importance of analyzing the information you uncover.

In this program, you will learn the mental and psychological assessment tools that can be used to measure competence and suitability to weed out problematic applicants, the tools and strategies available to examine applicants' backgrounds in a searching and meaningful way, and how to do so in a lawful manner.
