Fall Employment Law Mini-Series – Littler Mendelson, Northern Virginia Office

Our luncheon mini-series is designed for in-house counsel and human resources executives. The programs will be held one day a month, and will cover topics of current interest, with substantial significance to a wide range of employers, both regional and national.

In the wake of the Supreme Court's decision to uphold the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA), employers are facing immediate and critical decisions about its implementation. Ilyse Schuman will discuss the impact of the Court's decision and the actions employers need to take to comply with the ACA. Some of the key topics to be addressed include:

  • Practical implications of the decision
  • Key areas of focus for employers that are playing catch-up
  • Upcoming regulatory developments and potential legislative challenges to the ACA

There is no charge for this program and lunch will be provided.
