About a decade has passed since the landmark Zubulake opinion established baseline eDiscovery standards and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure were amended to specifically address eDiscovery. Even so, as data volumes expand exponentially, businesses and individuals alike move to a digital platform, and new technologies emerge, the field of eDiscovery continues to develop at a rapid pace, touching upon every aspect of evidence in litigation and information management in the workplace. In today's digital world, even if evidence is electronic, voluminous or grounded in a novel technology, litigants must be prepared to defend how they identified and preserved sources of data, how that data was collected, culled, reviewed and produced during discovery, as well as the basis for having it admitted into evidence at trial.

The presenters will analyze the next generation of eDiscovery trends and provide practical and cutting-edge solutions for meeting these contemporary challenges.
