Amendments to Mexico’s labor code and other laws impacting the workplace have substantially altered the legal landscape in recent years for companies conducting business in Mexico. Our speaker will discuss the basics of labor and employment law in Mexico with some attention to issues specific to the agricultural sector, and evaluate the impact of these new laws and the corresponding new challenges that companies face.
