2009 was a watershed year for new developments in the protection of trade secrets and business goodwill. And 2010 is looking like another ground-breaking year. A bevy of new restrictive contract cases have been recently decided and several more key cases are pending. New legislation was passed in a number of states, and more is in the pipeline. Georgia, California, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, Texas and Colorado are just a few of the states that are in the midst of significant legal changes about which every employer must be aware.

Application for CLE credit approval is pending and is expected to be granted. We provide SPHR credit.

There is no charge for these programs. Lunch will be provided.
