David Kadela to Present at NLRB Meeting on Proposed Election Rule Elements

Mr. Kadela will speak on behalf of Littler at the open National Labor Relations Board’s meeting on recently-proposed amendments to its pre- and post- election procedures on Wednesday, July 19, 2011. Mr. Kadela will share with the Board various issues and concerns that Littler has identified relative to the need for the proposed changes and their impact on the employers that the firm represents.
The meeting will be held in the NLRB’s Margaret A. Browning Hearing Room, at 1099 14th Street, NW, Washington, DC. Attendees must bring a photo identification card to gain admittance to the building.
