The panel will discuss the impact of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 in the areas of education, employment, business, housing, healthcare, and the environment, examining how far we have come as a country and the current challenges of achieving equal opportunity for all. Tamsen Leachman will focus on the area of civil rights in employment.

This session is part of the three-day Young Lawyers Division Fall Conference, October 9-11, 2014.
